Hatchlee respects your privacy. This policy explains the information that may be collected when you visit hatchlee.com, contact us or use a third-party booking link.

Information we receive

If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business contact details, company and message. We use it to respond, assess fit and manage the relationship.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics and Factors.ai only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate website use, including page visits and interactions such as booking-link, email and resource-download clicks. Factors.ai helps us understand business-account visits and journeys, including pages visited, referral and UTM information, device and browser data, approximate location and inferred company-level information. These services may use cookies or similar technologies; Factors.ai uses a cookie named _fuid.

Third-party services

Booking links lead to Google Calendar, and our LinkedIn links lead to LinkedIn. We use Google Analytics and Factors.ai as service providers for consented analytics and account identification. These providers handle information under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We keep business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations and record keeping. You can accept or reject optional analytics in the consent notice and change that decision using the Cookie settings control. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you provided, subject to applicable law.
